About
Hi, I'm Charlie.
Business guidance for Human Design Projectors
I'm a 5/1 Splenic Projector, and I've been running a Projector business for six years.
I've tested every Generator strategy out there: the daily posting, the free sessions, the 12-week launch programs that left me burnt out and broke. I know what it feels like to work harder than anyone around you and still be undercharging.
Human Design changed everything for me, showing me how to build a business that actually works for my energy instead of fighting it.
I work with visionary leaders whose work has outgrown conventional language, and who are ready to stop being admired and start being chosen. My background sits at the intersection of psychology, Human Design, identity work, and strategic positioning.
I don't teach you how to position yourself. I reveal how you're already designed to be seen, then translate that into business language your dream clients can actually understand. As a Projector, my gift is seeing what's invisible to you: where your brilliance is being undersold, where your messaging is creating distance instead of connection, and where your authority is ready to land once the noise clears.
Most coaches work from templates, hooks, and logical persuasion. I work from frequency, psychology, and truth. I don't teach Projectors how to survive the online business world. I teach them how to own it.
"I don't teach Projectors how to survive the online business world. I teach them how to own it."
Authority & Experience
Twenty years of marketing. A lifetime of holding space.
I didn't learn business from a course. I learned it in boardrooms, running a hospitality business, and six years of building my own Projector business after testing every Generator strategy out there.

What clients say.
"Being able to walk with Charlie on this unfolding journey and having this container to brainstorm and strategize, but also allow the process to unfold, was most valuable. The WhatsApp support was invaluable. Really recommended!"
Cindy Lee
Projector · Spiritual Visionary
"The permission for me to be a hermit has been the most empowering part of my journey. Knowing that there's nothing wrong with me when I want to be at home, alone, has allowed me to heal."

"My human design reading was amazing! From what you were saying about my chart, it was as if you knew me better than I knew myself. You made the whole chart make sense in a practical way."
